Krystal Thomas

Krystal Thomas is Deputy Director and Grants Manager of The Lilac House. She previously worked in Reentry Advocacy at the Center for Community Alternatives helping to provide civic restoration services to people with a conviction history who face barriers to education, housing, and employment.

Largely due to her own journey, Krystal is most passionate about prison and justice reform. Most recently, she engaged in advocacy to restore TAP eligibility for incarcerated students through the BPI TAP Advocacy Fellowship. She has degrees in Business Administration and Liberal Arts.
